To support booking availability and waitlists, cancellations must be made at least eight (8) hours before the scheduled session. We may record the time of a cancellation, late-cancellation status, attendance, and no-show status in your client account.

If a reservation is cancelled within the eight-hour window, or if a client does not attend without cancelling, we may use that record to administer the client’s account, membership or class credits, waitlists, and any credit forfeiture or charge disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Cancellation and no-show records may be processed through Arketa and, where an applicable charge is authorized, through our payment provider. We may also use these records to answer client questions, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and maintain business and transaction records.
